Recently Loma Linda University opened a hospital and professional office building in Murrieta. These buildings are outfitted with Dorma’s SKC or “Serialized Key Control” System priority keyway.

Total Access Security has been asked to help maintain the security of these buildings. This is the fourth hospital for Total Access Security to welcome as clients.

Dorma’s SKC system is the only web based key control available. Each key is engraved with a serial number from the factory and only sold to a CKC or “certified commercial key cutters”, such as Total Access Security. Each key is trackable by the serial number on the website.

Serialized Key Control (SKC) is a method of controlling restricted keys by marking each key blank with a unique serial number. Serialization allows restricted key blanks to be stocked and authorized at a limited number of distribution locations. Once the blanks are turned into cut keys, the serialization allows them to be tracked at the user’s facility with a spreadsheet or key control software.

Total Access Security has also been involved with the internal security of the professional office building’s tenants. Installing locks on offices and cabinets of security sensitive areas.

We also offer electronic locks for those who wish to remain keyless. This allows doctors and nurses to keep medication safe, but readily available to patients without searching for the key.

We welcome Loma Linda University and their doctors as clients and congratulate them on their progress.
